National Theatre Live is the National Theatre of Great Britain’s initiative to broadcast live performances from the National’s stages to cinemas worldwide. The performances are filmed live in high definition and broadcast via satellite to almost 400 cinemas around the world.

NTL has allowed us to see the legendary Kenneth Branagh as Macbeth, bask in the glory of Hollywood’s latest favorite Benedict Cumberbatch in Frankenstein, and discover the amazing adaptation of the novel The Curious Incident Of The Dog In The Night. Plus, we love any excuse to hang out at the Modern after hours.
